One of the founding partners of act legal Slovakia. Milan is an experienced strategic partner and internationally recognized attorney. His involvement in several high-profile judicial and administrative proceedings, arbitrations and cross-border disputes is a huge asset for the firm. He provides legal services to major financial institutions, banks, leasing companies, IT, telecommunications and healthcare clients, companies and groups in Slovakia and abroad. 

Milan has vast experience in several legal areas. Most notably, he successfully led the clients’ representation in multi-million dollar bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. Often representing clients in proceedings before the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), the Slovak Antimonopoly Office and court proceedings against decisions of the Slovak Antimonopoly Office. His cross-border footprint covers national M&A transactions, due diligence projects and projects aimed at restructuring corporate processes. 

He provides expert legal advice on competition law issues, in particular various forms of unlawful restriction of competition (cartel agreements, abuse of dominant position, concentrations), commercial law, corporate and real estate law. Furthermore, he is also involved in debt collection and judicial recovery.

For clients, Milan is primarily a sparring partner and an excellent advisor in difficult decisions and negotiations. His strength lies in his ability to anticipate and bring innovative and alternative solutions to complex problems.
