Marianna focuses her legal practice primarily on civil and commercial law. She is involved in the drafting and revision of contractual documentation, provides legal advisory services to business entities, and participates in legal due diligence within transactional projects. She also has experience with the registration of public sector partners (RPVS) and corporate administration of commercial companies.
Marianna began gaining practical experience already during her studies at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava, where she worked as a paralegal in a law firm. This experience allowed her to effectively combine theoretical knowledge with practice and to develop the ability to address clients’ legal matters efficiently from the very beginning of her professional career.
In her work, Marianna places strong emphasis on thorough legal analysis and practical, result-oriented solutions that are legally sound and aligned with the client’s business objectives.
