Marek’s previous work experience includes energy law. He is an expert in energy legislation and its connection with the energy markets. He has also drafted sector-specific contracts and represented companies in various proceedings before administrative authorities and courts. He also assists clients with their day-to-day corporate agenda.
Marek´s main scope is on environmental law, particularly due to the ever-increasing importance of this topic in modern society. He also provides legal advice in the area of administrative law, which is interesting for its complexity and strict systematics.
Marek graduated in law at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies, he worked in a law firm in Brno and after graduation, he worked as a trainee lawyer in Bratislava.
