He also advises a major Slovak insurance company in the area of household insurance, liability and compulsory contractual insurance.
During his practice, he participated in a project on the protection of promissory note creditors in connection with legislative changes and the application of transitional provisions. Prepared a legal analysis of the settlement of the liability for damage caused by a fire in an industrial park. Peter drafted documentation in the sale of production lines to a foreign entity operating in heavy industry. Last but not least, he represented a creditor in the largest restructuring proceedings of a financial group in the territory of the Slovak Republic.
Peter has previous experience in the executor´s office. He regularly publishes expert articles on consumer credit, insurance and liability for a specialist legal portal.
