Richard has been involved in numberous projects in the procurement process in IT, construction and private security services sectors. He has vast hands-on experience in the procurement process, contract documentation and expert reports and opinions.
Within the labour law agenda, he has been involved in the drafting of legal documentation for employers, in particular employment contracts, various types of agreements, as well as employers’ internal regulations. He also represented employers in proceedings before the inspection administrative authorities.
Richard is also involved in the protection of intellectual property rights. He specialises in copyright law, as well as in the regulation of trademarks.
