This experience led Sonia to criminal lawsuits, where she gained additional expertise in tax crimes or representing clients related to white-collar crimes or corruption offences. She advises corporate clients as victims in criminal lawsuits.
Clients court representation is her priority, including complex litigation concerning claims of public sector entities, in all court instances.
She regularly analyses issues relating to consumer finance and consumer protection. In this area, she assists clients in the consumer finance segment in the development and modification of their internal processes and in the incorporation of legislative changes into their contractual documentation.
